Each custom order follows a meticulous process: consultation, precise measurements, unique pattern creation, premium fabric or leather selection, and limitless customization.

How It Works!
1. Submit Your Custom Order Request
Start your bespoke journey by completing our Custom Order Form. Don’t worry if you can’t provide all the details right away—our process is designed to evolve with your input.
2. Free Design Consultancy
Work directly with an experienced design consultant to bring your vision to life. You’ll discuss everything from materials and design features to pricing and timelines. We also provide digital illustrations to help you visualize your jacket before you order.
Our consultancy is entirely free of charge, and there’s no obligation to purchase until you’re ready.
3. Order Placement
Once everything is finalized, your consultant will send you a private listing link with all agreed-upon details. From there, you can confirm and place your order easily and securely.
4. Production & Delivery
We professionally craft your jacket and conduct a product photoshoot to ensure it matches your vision. Your custom piece is shipped out promptly after completion, ensuring both quality and efficiency.
The Production Process
Digital Illustration & Design
Our journey begins with a detailed digital sketch crafted by our in-house design team. Collaborating with your consultant, we’ll incorporate your feedback until the final design matches your expectations. Once approved, the design moves to the production stage.
1. Pattern Making
Using the approved design, our team creates a custom pattern. Your consultant briefs our production unit with full details—images, sketches, fabric type, and any unique specifications.
2. Fabrication or Leather Sourcing
Whether your item is made from leather or fabric, we source only premium materials. For leather, we may need up to 3–4 weeks for tanning and preparation, ensuring you receive only the finest hide. For fabric pieces, we work with trusted vendors to get top-quality materials.
3. Cutting & Construction
Once materials are ready, we begin the cutting and stitching process. Every piece is handled with care by expert craftsmen to ensure it reflects your bespoke vision.
4. Embroidery, Printing & Accessories
If your design includes embroidery, prints, or custom hardware, it moves to the relevant departments. Every detail is crafted to match your approved design down to the finest accent.
5. Finishing & Quality Control
The final product goes through a rigorous quality control check. We scrutinize every seam, stitch, and detail to guarantee perfection. Any inconsistencies are corrected before shipping.
